Set up your Microsoft 365 apps
Download and install the apps you need from the Apple App Store.

Store managers and assistant store managers can use
- recommended for email apps
- Power Apps and
- Microsoft Teams.
Set up app protection on your device
- Open the Authenticator app on your device.
- Open Settings from the menu.
- Click Device registration.
- Enter your Publix email address and click Register.
- Sign in with your Publix email address if prompted.
- Enter a PIN or screen lock when prompted. (This can be the same as the device PIN if you have one.)
App restart required click OK. Open it again. Microsoft apps will prompt for PIN or biometric authentication after 15 minutes of inactivity.
When you download additional Microsoft apps, they’re protected automatically.
Tips for using Microsoft 365 on Apple devices
- Saving contacts — If you need work contacts on your phone, you can save them in the Outlook app.
You can do this from menu → settings → accounts (tap your email address).
