You may want to:
- Add your spouse and/or dependents.
- Cancel coverage through Publix if you are added to your spouse's plan.

When to submit supporting documentation
Send to the Publix group benefits department by interoffice mail or fax to (863) 413-5771 within 30 days of the date of your marriage.
Other considerations
- Name change: Update your name on file with Publix by notifying your manager.
- Address change: Update your address on file with Publix through the My Profile page.
- Beneficiary changes: Add or update your beneficiaries for your life insurance and/or retirement plans.
For any stock accounts that require name, address or beneficiary changes, log in to Publix Stockholder Online.
