Paid Time Off (PTO)
Effective Jan. 1, 2024
You can use PTO days for any purpose, including vacations, sick time or holidays. So, you have the flexibility to use your time off the way you want or need to! Plus, if you don’t use all your PTO this year, you can carry over some of it to next year.
When you’re eligible
- Part-time associates: 90 days after your most recent hire date.
- Full-time associates: Immediately after your most recent hire date in a full-time position.
Amount of PTO
- Part-time associates: The amount of PTO you receive is based on your hours worked.
- Full-time associates: The amount of PTO you receive is based on your years of continuous full-time service and whether you’re hourly or salaried.
