Employment Verification

When you apply for a loan, rental or line of credit, you may be asked to provide proof of your employment, wages or both to

• lenders
• apartment managers
• credit agencies and 
• any government agencies (you’ve applied to).

We contract with Thomas & Company to make this process quick and efficient, with minimal effort on your part.

Employment verification only

Provide the following to the person/company requesting verification:

• Website: thomas-and-company.com
• Your name
• Your Social Security number 
• Publix company code (PUBLIX83)

Wage and employment verification

You’ll need to create a verifier PIN. 

1. Go to thomas-and-company.com.
2. Click Request Employment and Wage Verification.
3. Select the Employee Access option.
4. Be ready to enter the following:
   • Your name
   • Your personal email address
   • Your Social Security number
   • Publix company code (PUBLIX83)
   • Your personnel number (8 digits total; starting with leading zeros)
5. Once the PIN is created, provide it and your Social Security number to the person/company requesting verification.
