Set up the Intune Company Portal

This is required to use Microsoft 365 apps on Android phones:

Download and install the Intune Company Portal app from Google Play.
Open the app.
Sign in to the app with your Publix email address and password.
On the Access Setup screen, click Postpone. Enrollment is not required. Ignore any notifications that enrollment is not complete.
Close the Intune Company Portal app.

Download and install the apps you need from the Google Play Store.

Store managers and assistant store managers can use

Open the Authenticator app on your device.
Open Settings from the menu.
Click Device registration.
Enter your Publix email address and click Register.
Sign in with your Publix email address.
Enter a PIN or screen lock when prompted. (This can be the same as the device PIN if you have one.)

Microsoft apps will prompt for PIN or biometric authentication after 15 minutes of inactivity.

When you download additional Microsoft apps, they’re protected automatically.
