Publix honors Virginia Beach victims

On May 31, 2019, a terrible act of violence fell upon the community of Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Publix family is keeping the victims, their loved ones and all who were affected by this tragedy in our thoughts and prayers.

As a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the terrible act of violence at the Virginia Beach Municipal Center, President Trump has ordered the U.S. flag to be flown at half-staff. Flags at all Publix offices will be lowered to half-staff until sunset June 4, 2019.
