Charlotte Division regional director named

With the promotion of Joey Riddle to Charlotte Division vice president, President Kevin Murphy has announced the promotion of Tony Minor to Charlotte Division regional director, effective April 1, 2023. 

“Tony has been dedicated to perpetuating our culture and preparing our associates for the future. He focuses on leadership development and building a diverse team,” said President Kevin Murphy. “I’m looking forward to seeing the contributions he’ll make in his new role.”

About Tony

Tony began his Publix career in 1996 as a front service clerk in Fort Pierce, Florida. After working in various retail positions in the grocery department, he was promoted to assistant store manager in 2010, store manager in 2013 and his current role as district manager in 2017. He was a recipient of the 2020 President’s Award. Tony, his wife, Terri, and their children will be relocating to the Cary/Raleigh, North Carolina, area.
