New Club Publix Insiders program launches

Club Publix Insiders is a new community of enthusiastic Publix fans. This program officially kicked off in the Lakeland and Jacksonville divisions last month.
About the program
The Club Publix Insiders program focuses on enriching the lives of our biggest fans and most loyal customers by connecting them with other Publix enthusiasts. The Club Publix Insiders community will create word-of-mouth marketing to reach our customers in a whole new way. The program builds deeper connections between customers, Club Publix and our Publix brand. The Club Publix Insiders program is exclusive to customers who have signed up, engaged and actively participated with Club Publix. Select customers in central Florida were invited to apply to be considered as a Club Publix Insider based on a series of criteria.
The ideal Club Publix Insider is the ultimate shopper — someone who
- is a food-prep pro
- loves to save and
- is open to trying something new.
Insiders are encouraged to interact with one another and their local communities to share their love for Publix and Club Publix.
Kickoff event
The 1st Club Publix Insiders event was last month in Lakeland, Florida. Insiders had an opportunity to dive deeper into Publix’s history, explore current food-focused trends, receive sneak peeks at new products and get a behind-the-scenes look at what makes Publix great.
Future expansion plans for the Club Publix Insiders program will be announced at a later date.
