Important 2023 tax documents available

Active associates who opted to receive their tax forms online will be able to access them on the following dates:

Locating your tax forms
- W-2 and 1095-C: Log in to PASSport at publix.org and visit the Tax tab under My Documents. There, you can also find Q&As.
- 1099-B and 1099-DIV: Log in to Publix Stockholder Online through the link on PASSport. Then select My Profile > My Documents and click the Tax Documents tab.
If you did not opt to receive tax documents electronically
Printed forms will be mailed to your address on file by Jan. 31. Your W-2 and 1095-C forms will also be available on PASSport by that date.
