Share your love of Publix by trying our new Publix cravings augmented reality (AR) filter on Instagram and Facebook. 

What is an AR filter?

Augmented reality filters (or interactive effects) are computer-generated effects that are superimposed on real-life images. AR filters work with your device’s camera, adding a layer of imagery in the foreground or background of your image. 

Adding the filter on Instagram

Download the Instagram app to your mobile device. You can add the AR filter on the Publix Instagram page by tapping the star icon above the grid.

Adding the filter on Facebook

Download the Facebook app to your mobile device. You can add the AR filter on the Publix Facebook page.

How to use the filter

Once you add the filter, hold the button to begin recording. Tilt your head left or right to answer each question. A beloved Publix product appears, based on your responses.
