Important tax documents available for active associates

Active associates who opted to receive their tax forms online will be able to access them on the following dates:

Locating your tax forms
- W-2 and 1095-C: Visit the Tax tab under My Documents. There, you also can find Q&As.
- 1099-DIV and 1099-B: Log in to Publix Stockholder Online. Then select My Profile > My Documents and click the Tax Documents tab.
If you did not opt to receive tax documents electronically
Printed forms will be mailed to your address on record by Jan. 31, 2023. Your Forms W2 and 1095C will be published on that date, as well.
