COVID-19 vaccine gift card offering to be discontinued in February

Next month, the $125 Publix gift card offering for associates who complete the primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine will be discontinued. Associates are still encouraged to receive the COVID-19 vaccine doses recommended by the CDC. Those wanting the gift card must complete the primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine and submit proof of vaccination to their manager by Feb. 17, 2023.
How to get vaccinated
COVID-19 vaccinations are provided at in-store Publix Pharmacy locations, to eligible individuals, subject to availability.
You may use the online reservation system at publix.com/covidvaccine to schedule an appointment or see if a nearby Publix Pharmacy offers your preferred COVID-19 vaccine and make an appointment. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
Vaccine costs and insurance
COVID-19 vaccinations are provided at no cost to you. Be prepared to provide your health insurance card or red, white and blue Medicare Part B card. If you don’t have insurance, have your driver’s license or Social Security number available.
