About open enrollment 

It’s the one time each year when you can enroll in, make changes to or cancel your coverage for 

• health
• dental 
• vision and/or
• long-term disability (LTD). 

Special, one-time opportunity for LTD

If you’re an eligible full-time associate, you can enroll in LTD coverage during this year’s open enrollment without having to complete a medical questionnaire, even if you were previously denied coverage by the insurance company. 

Don’t miss this opportunity to get LTD coverage to help protect your pay due to an illness or injury that prevents you from working for more than 90 days. Simply elect to enroll in the LTD plan during the open enrollment process.
