2023 time-off and schedule requests now being accepted

The system changes that affected time-off requests are now complete, and any time-off or schedule requests for Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2023, can now be submitted.

If you submitted requests for Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2023,

in the systems before the update: You will need to resubmit the request in PASSport, regardless of its previous approval status.
directly to your manager during the systems update: You will need to submit it in PASSport.

2022 time-off and schedule requests

Your requests for 2022 are not affected by the system changes.

2024 or later time-off and schedule requests

Requests for Jan. 1, 2024, or later, cannot be submitted until later in 2023. You will receive a communication when those time-off and schedule requests can be submitted.
