Special process for time-off and schedule requests for 2023 or later

We are making system changes that impact time-off and schedule requests with dates of Jan. 1, 2023, or later. As a result, all time-off and schedule requests for 2023 or later will be removed from our systems by June. Time-off and schedule requests for dates in 2022 are not impacted by the system changes. 

Time-off and schedule requests for Jan. 1, 2023, or later

Starting today, you should no longer submit requests for Jan. 1, 2023, or later in our online systems. We will notify you when the systems are updated to accept those requests. At that time, your manager also will be able to identify requests that were canceled.

If you have already submitted a request, regardless of its approved status, you’ll need to resubmit it after our systems are updated. 

If you have a request that can’t wait until our systems are updated, you may ask your manager to approve your request outside of our systems. 

If you transfer to a new position at Publix or if your manager changes before our systems are updated, you’ll need to discuss an approved request with your new manager to ensure the request is still approved. 

Time-off and schedule requests for 2022

You may continue to submit requests in our systems for time-off and schedule changes for 2022.
