Flags lowered to commemorate Memorial Day

Each year, we recognize Memorial Day on the last Monday in May. Memorial Day honors those who served our country in the U.S. armed forces and gave the ultimate sacrifice.

President Biden has ordered all U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff today, May 30, in honor of Memorial Day. Flags at all Publix support locations will be lowered to half-staff.

Please pause for a moment of silence at 3 p.m.

We are grateful to all past and present military personnel and their families who have answered the call to serve our country.
