Important tax documents available

Active associates who opted to electronically receive their Forms W 2 and 1095-C can now access them online. All associates who are Publix stockholders can access their Forms 1099 DIV and 1099 B on Jan. 17. 

Forms W 2 (wages) and 1095-C (health coverage) 

Visit the Tax tab under My Documents.

Forms 1099 DIV (dividends) and 1099 B (proceeds from stock sale) – Available Jan. 17    

Log in to Publix Stockholder Online. Then select My Profile > My Documents and click the Tax Documents tab.   

If you did not opt to receive tax documents electronically

Printed forms will be mailed to your address on record by Jan. 31, 2022. Your Forms W 2 and 1095 C will be published that date, as well.
