Need to reset your password? Choose one of these options:
- Call I/S customer support at (863) 688-7407, ext. 42563, and select option 1 to
- input the requested information and
- receive a temporary password by text message or email.
- Visit the PASSport homepage, select “I need help logging in” below the Log in box and follow the on-screen instructions.
In both options, the system will send the temporary password to the mobile phone number or email we have on file for you.
Make sure your information is up to date by visiting the My Profile page so you can benefit from this automated process.
