Publix announces 4th Kentucky location

Today, we announced we’ve acquired property for a 4th store in Kentucky. Located at the northwest corner of Flat Rock Road and Shelbyville Road, this Publix is planned to be

• our 3rd store in Louisville
• a 48,387-square-foot store, featuring a Publix Pharmacy, and
• an adjacent Publix Liquors, offering beer, wine and spirits. 

The store is anticipated to open in the 2nd quarter of 2024; a grand opening date has not yet been determined

In addition to our three Louisville locations, we have previously announced another location in Lexington. Kentucky is our 8th state of operation.
