Did you know service calls are really expensive? That’s why we’re putting you — and your tools — to the test in our latest Idea Spot challenge! 

About the challenge 

We are looking for your ideas for simple repairs associates can do themselves to reduce store service calls. Submissions will be judged on the following equally weighted criteria. Submissions should 

• be for minor repairs that store associates can complete without making service calls 
• be for repairs that can be safely performed in 30 minutes or less and
• not require a specialized license or specialty tools. 

Examples of repairs we currently do in-store include fixing soap and towel dispensers in our store restrooms and addressing issues with cabinets and drawers.

• Read the official contest rules and requirements.
• Click on the challenge to submit your repair idea through Idea Spot. 

Deadline to participate 

All ideas must be received by Jan. 31, 2022, 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.
