All vaccinated associates are eligible for a Publix gift card

Oct. 12, 2021

If you’ve chosen to get the COVID-19 vaccine and have not already submitted your proof of vaccination to receive a $125 Publix gift card, now’s your chance.

Your next steps

Don’t wait! While the eligibility to receive a $125 Publix gift card has expanded to all associates with at least 30 days of employment, you may request it as soon as you have completed the full COVID-19 vaccination.

If you’ve been with Publix for less than 30 days, you can submit your proof of vaccination now and your manager will verify if you still want a gift card once you’ve reached 30 days of employment.

You’re not required to be vaccinated at a Publix Pharmacy to request the gift card.

How to get vaccinated

If you want to be vaccinated, appointments are encouraged for the most efficient experience and to ensure your preferred vaccine is available. Although not currently required, appointments can be made on our online reservation system at publix.com/covidvaccine. Appointments cannot be made by calling Publix or the Publix Pharmacy.

Walk-in appointments are also available. You’ll be able to choose between the vaccines offered at your store, pending availability.

For the Pfizer vaccine, in-person parental or legal guardian consent is required at the time of vaccination for individuals under the age of 18.

Vaccine costs and insurance

COVID‑19 vaccinations are provided at no cost to you. Be prepared to provide your health insurance card or red, white and blue Medicare Part B card. If you don’t have insurance, have your driver’s license or Social Security number available.
