Blue Cross Blue Shield Settlement Notices

You may receive or have received a notice in the form of a postcard or email from Blue Cross Blue Shield Settlement c/o JND Legal Administration. This is a court-authorized notice of the settlement of a class action lawsuit against the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Association and Settling Individual Blue Plans. The lawsuit alleges violation of antitrust laws.
