Important tax documents available

Active associates who opted to receive their Form W-2 electronically can now access it online. All associates who are Publix stockholders can access their Forms 1099-DIV and 1099-B on Jan. 18. Form 1095-C will be published by Jan. 31 for associates who were eligible for health coverage in 2020.

Forms W-2 (wages)  

Visit the Tax tab under My Documents. 

1095-C (health coverage) – Available by Jan. 31

Visit the Tax tab under My Documents.

Forms 1099-DIV (dividends) and 1099-B (proceeds from stock sale) – Available by Jan. 18 

Log in to Publix Stockholder Online. Then select My Profile > My Documents and click the Tax Documents tab.  

If you did not opt to receive tax documents electronically

Printed forms will be mailed to your address on record by Jan. 31, 2021. Your Forms W-2 and 1095-C will be published on PASSport on that date, as well.
