Time is running out for you to enroll in, make changes to or cancel  health, dental or vision coverage, and to apply for or cancel long-term disability coverage for 2021.

Log in to find plan details, complete the enrollment process and receive messages about open enrollment. Here on PASSport, you can see which plans you’re eligible for and your 2021 payroll deduction for each plan. 

Not a tobacco user? Then action is needed.  
Don’t forget — if you don’t use tobacco, you’ll need to confirm or update your tobacco use status. No confirmation means you’ll pay the higher BCBS PPO Plan payroll deduction for 2021.
