Annual meeting of stockholders condensed

To protect the health and safety of associates and stockholders through the duration of the coronavirus, we have decided to substantially condense the annual meeting of stockholders to be held on April 14, 2020.

To comply with guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we recommend against attendance this year. The meeting is anticipated to be completed in less than 10 minutes and will not include speeches, award presentations or the opportunity to ask questions. If you are an eligible stockholder and considering attending, we ask you to be mindful of the CDC’s recommended guidelines about traveling and public gatherings, and monitor the CDC or Florida Department of Health websites for updates since the situation with the coronavirus is changing rapidly.
