Important tax documents are available

Active associates who opted to receive their Forms W-2, 1095-C, 1099-DIV or 1099-B electronically can now access their tax documents online. 

Forms W-2 (wages) and 1095-C (health coverage)  
Visit the Tax tab under My Documents. Here, you also can find Q&As. 

Forms 1099-DIV (dividends) and 1099-B (proceeds from stock sale)  
Log in to Publix Stockholder Online and select My Profile. Then visit the Tax Documents tab under My Documents. 

Printed forms
Associates who did not opt to receive tax documents electronically will have printed forms mailed to their address on record by Jan. 31, 2020.
