Publix ranked Most Trusted Grocery Retailer

Winsight Grocery Business, a leading information services company, recognized Publix as the most trusted grocery retailer in its 4th annual report on consumer confidence in supermarkets.

The factors which inspired the most trust among our customers were quality of fresh produce, lowest prices, quality of fresh meat and response to COVID-19. We also took the lead in giving the best overall experience and best quality fresh prepared meals.

Data for this report was gathered from an online survey by BrandSpark International. The 2020 results are based on the responses of more than 3,000 U.S. residents — nationally representative by age, gender, census region and income level — who participate in grocery shopping for their household.
