Retirement benefits summaries

The 2019 Publix Retirement Benefits Summaries are now posted on PASSport. You’re eligible for a summary if you had a PROFIT Plan account balance as of Dec. 31, 2018, or shared in Publix’s PROFIT Plan contribution for 2019.
This summary shows the activity in your PROFIT Plan account for 2019 and your total retirement program balance with the 401(k) SMART Plan as of Dec. 31, 2019.
There are 3 convenient ways to view your PROFIT Plan account balance.
- Visit the Retirement tab under My Documents.
- Create or log in to your secure and confidential Publix Stockholder Online account.
- Log in to the 401(k) SMART Plan website.
The PROFIT Plan and our culture
Mr. George was a pioneer in employee ownership, which is why he started our employee stock ownership plan, called the PROFIT Plan. This retirement plan is the No. 1 way our associates become company owners. It’s a key part of our culture and just one of many benefits that makes Publix unique.
